Copyright
By sending us your image you are automatically acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of the image. In the event of any dispute over the copyright ownership of an image supplied by you, you thereby indemnify Personalised Pop Art from any damage or action that may occur as a result.
Galleries
All images and designs used on the Personalised Pop Art website are the property of Personalised Pop Art and their respective copyright owners and are used by Personalised Pop Art with express permission. You must not use, reproduce, modify or distribute our images or any part of those images in any manner. In the event that there is any dispute between us in relation to this issue, you agree that until the matter is resolved, an interim injunction will be ordered, which will prevent any further use or distribution of the image until a final court hearing or other mutual resolution.
Descriptions
Descriptions of goods and services included in the Personalised Pop Art site are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to change materials and prices without prior notice. Our best efforts are made to reproduce pictures to the highest standards however, due to the bespoke nature of our services there may be some minor variation to the sizes stated. The quality of the final product will depend on the file size we receive. We recommend that the file you send is of the highest quality your equipment will allow (minimum 800KB and maximum 9MB). We do our best to correct errors or omissions as soon as we are aware of them.
NO RISK Credit/Debit Card Payments
We use PayPal to process your payment so you can be assured of complete security. To protect your information, PayPal, our credit/debit card processing vendor uses the most up to date secure transaction technology, and is fully compliant with card association security initiatives.
Exchange/Returns/Cancellations
As all our artworks are made to order and are subject to agreement prior to being produced, so returns would not normally be acceptable. However in the unlikely event that you are very unhappy with your finished artwork you can return it to us for a full refund. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If the product has not been returned to us within 28 days or in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Postage will not be reimbursed in these cases.
Defective Items
Should a product be defective, we will gladly replace it with a different item of equal value. The item will not be exchanged until the defective product has been returned to us in its original packaging. Postage expenses will be reimbursed fully.
