How much does it cost?
An exclusive Personalised Pop Art creation from your original photo costs:
1. Standard canvas:
18.5 x 18.5 inches/47 x 47cms, (4cms deep), £175.00
2. Medium canvas:
24 x 24 inches/61 x 61cms, (4cms deep), £200.00
3. Large canvas:
30 x 30 inches/76 x 76cms, (4cms deep), £225.00

Delivery is free anywhere in the UK Mainland (sorry, offer does not include UK Highlands and Islands). For delivery outside the UK Mainland, please request a price via email.
50% Reduction!
If your order includes several copies of your picture, or if you order more than one of the ideas we submit, the additional items are priced at 50% of the normal rate.

How do I pay?
Once you are ready to place an order we will email you an invoice for 25% of our fees, which you can pay online using your debit/credit card. (We use the PayPal system, but you don't need an account with PayPal to make the payment.) The balance of our fees is due only after you have told us you are 100% happy with the design we have created for you. Once payment of the balance has been received we print your artwork and deliver the finished masterpiece by courier.

What happens if I don't like my picture ?
As all our artworks are made to order and are subject to agreement prior to being produced, so returns would not normally be acceptable. However in the unlikely event that you are very unhappy with your finished artwork you can return it to us for a full refund (see Terms and Conditions for details).
Defective Items
Should a product be defective, we will gladly replace it with a different item of equal value. The item will not be exchanged until the defective product has been returned to us in its original packaging. Postage expenses will be reimbursed fully.

When will my artwork arrive?
Your final artwork will arrive approximately 2 weeks after you approve the design. The whole process from start to finish usually takes three to four weeks (it may be possible to reduce this timeframe if it is critical to you). If you need an express delivery, please call us (postage charges will apply).

Do you offer alternative sizes?
We are happy to quote for any size of canvas or poster. Just let us know what size you want by email or telephone and we will provide a price.

My picture is not in a digital format, what can I do?
Unfortunately, we do not accept photographic prints; please scan these at 300 dpi and save as a JPEG file. Ideally your file size would be between 800k and 5MBs. The maximum file size we can receive via email is 9MB; if your file is larger, please burn it onto a CD and mail to us (see Contact Us page for our address). Will the colours I see on screen be the same as the finished artwork?
Individual monitor settings vary slightly so we are unable to guarantee an exact match. This is usually not an issue unless there is a particular colour match you need to achieve, in which case, please contact us for assistance.

How do I care for my canvas?
To protect and prolong the lifespan of your canvas please do not expose it to continuous, strong sunlight or moisture. There is no need to clean it with a wet/damp cloth; a light brush with a feather duster will adequately remove any surface dust.

How secure is the website?
Your payment details are processed by PayPal using their secure server. They accept all major credit cards and debit cards and fully comply with industry-leading fraud prevention systems.

I don’t want to pay online, what should I do?
You can pay by personal cheque (please add four days to your delivery turnaround to allow your cheque to clear).

Can I place an order and have it sent to another address?
No problem, you can email us with an alternative delivery address and a ‘gift message’ if you wish.

How much is postage and packing?
Post and packaging costs are free! For deliveries outside the UK Mainland, please send us an email requesting a price.
